Overview

TU Delft's flagship merit award for excellent international students starting a regular two-year MSc in September 2027. About two scholarships are awarded per faculty each year — a minimum of 16 in total — covering full tuition plus a contribution toward living expenses. There is no separate scholarship form after admission: you apply by submitting your complete MSc application (with the scholarship form, references and English test) before the scholarship deadline.

Why it is notable: The only TU Delft-wide full scholarship open to every faculty — engineering, architecture, computer science and applied sciences alike — and the living-expense contribution makes Delft genuinely affordable for non-EU students.
Funding at a glance

What it covers

  • Full tuition fees for each year of the two-year MSc — statutory rate for EU students, institutional rate for non-EU (per registered nationality)
  • Contribution toward living expenses (two-year total value approx. €60,000 for non-EU / approx. €28,000 for EU students, tuition included — per Delft University Fund page)
  • Membership of the TU Delft Scholarship Club (personal development, workshops, seminars)
  • Second-year funding is conditional on academic progress (≥48 of 60 ECTS in year one, per aggregator reports — UNVERIFIED on official pages)
