Overview

A two-year, two-country European master's in public policy run by four top policy schools (Vienna, The Hague, Barcelona, York), funded by the EU's Erasmus Mundus programme. The top-ranked applicants win a scholarship worth up to €33,600 plus full fee waiver — and you apply for the scholarship simply by ticking a box in the programme application before 1 December 2026.

Why it is notable: the consortium quietly keeps a SECOND, later set of deadlines (April/July 2027) that most aggregators never mention — irrelevant for scholarship hunters (Dec 1 is the money deadline), but a genuine fallback for self-funded applicants. Also notable: no application fee at all, and mandatory mobility means every student studies in two different European countries with built-in study trips and internships.
