Overview

A fully funded Oxford graduate scholarship for outstanding students from developing and emerging economies who can't otherwise afford Oxford — fees plus a living grant, paired with a year-long Leadership Programme of mentoring, business skills and philosophical debate designed to build future changemakers. There is no separate scholarship application: you tick a box in the Oxford graduate application, upload the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Statement, and beat your course's December/January deadline.

Why it is notable: the TRAP that disqualifies strong applicants — if your course application is held over past the December/January scholarship deadline and re-evaluated against the March deadline, or waitlisted, you LOSE scholarship eligibility entirely, even if later admitted. Also notable: partnership awards (Oxford Pakistan Programme, Chevening-Weidenfeld-Hoffmann) are assessed from the same application without extra effort.
