The Royal Thai Government funds a set of non-binding scholarships, administered by the Asian Institute of Technology, for excellent students from Thailand and other Asian countries to do Master's and PhD degrees at AIT — one of Asia's most international postgraduate institutes. The scheme has four awards: His Majesty the King's Scholarships (Doctoral and Master's) and Her Majesty the Queen's Scholarships (Master's) for Asian candidates, and the Loom Nam Khong Pijai (GMS) Scholarships for Master's candidates from the six Greater Mekong Subregion countries. There is no separate scholarship form — you apply for AIT admission and indicate the scholarship in your statement of purpose.
